A 25% deposit is required to confirm your order with the balance due 7 days prior to your event date. Please note your payment confirms you agree to the terms and conditions on our website.
Deposits can be refunded up until 14 days before your event date, however, cancellations made after this cannot be refunded.
All Create & Plate serving ware must be returned promptly as agreed.
Please look after our platters and accessories. Should there be any loss or damage caused while in your care, the appropriate replacement costs will be invoiced.
Create & Plate accepts no liability for any direct or indirect damage to property that maybe caused by our serving ware.
As our platters contain fresh products, we recommend they are kept in the refrigerator. It is best to enjoy them the day of delivery and once delivered to you, it is over to you to keep them fresh, maintaining food safety.
While every endeavour is made to work to your dietary/allergy requirements, we do prepare a range of foods in our kitchen and with products purchased from other suppliers and therefore cannot ensure your specific dietary requirements can be guaranteed.
